Functional Fitness classes where the variety keeps you interested, the coaching accelerates your progress and the camaraderie helps you hit higher levels of intensity than you thought possible! Every class has strength and workout options that meet you where you are on your fitness journey.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ‘FIT’ TO START TRAINING WITH US.
In every class there is a ‘Fitness’ option which is aimed at those new to training, training for other sports such or just looking to get fit for life. In the same class athletes that want to ‘Focus’ more on fitness as a sport can lean into higher skill movements and larger loadings. The coach in the class will help tailor each workout to your needs and aims so that you get the most out of every session and walk out buzzing!

Foundation fitness + development
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything life throws at them, but we can’t.
The best thing we can do is make them STRONG.
Through our youth programme your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self accountability and confidence while becoming physically more resilient to injury and mentally more resilient to outside stressors.
We use age appropriate skills, challenges, equipment and coaching to get the most out of our young athletes. By using a fun combination of running, rowing, gymnastics, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we encourage kids to LOVE exercise!
Leading the programme, Mark has 6 years experience as a youth water sports instructor, over 10 years as a qualified teacher and 5 years running our youth strength and conditioning programme. He also holds various youth specific strength and conditioning qualifications, always looking to expand his knowledge in this field.

Looking to regain momentum? Struggling to train around injury or ill health? Wanting to make the most out of retirement? This is the class for you. Specialist coaching and programming will help you develop real world strength that will build the buffer needed to life to the full. As soon as you are in, you will connect as part of the group, engage with and enjoy the process. All while gaining the confidence in the potential of your strength!
Open GYM
Work hard + get sweaty
Gym time where you can catch up with a workout you missed or work on a specific skill / strength exercise. Although these sessions are not led, a coach will be present for help and advice. ‘Unlimited’ also receive extra programming to help them make the most out of these sessions.
FTX Foundation
First things first
New to functional training and lifting? No problem, our foundations course has you covered. During the 2, small group sessions, you will gain all the skills and confidence needed to make the most out of our programming. Upon completion of the course you will also receive two weeks free unlimited access to sessions to help you build a routine that works for you.
